Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
It is free if you are looking for a professional: posting a request, receiving quotes and choosing cost nothing, and no credit card is needed. Professionals can work for free on the Free plan and upgrade for more visibility and more quotes per month.
Who pays whom?
You pay the professional directly, just as you would outside the platform. We take no commission on the job and we do not sit in the middle of the payment: the price you agree on is what passes between the two of you.
How soon will I get a reply?
It depends on the category and your area. Your request is shown straight away to professionals working there; each profile shows an average response time calculated from the quotes they actually sent.
Is my data safe?
Your phone number is not public: it is shown only when you accept a quote. A job seeker’s CV stays private until they allow a company to see it. We do not sell data to third parties.
Are the reviews genuine?
Yes: only someone who actually received the service through the platform can leave a review, and only after the job is marked as completed. They cannot be bought or added by hand.
Do you also cover employment?
Yes. Besides services, companies post real job openings and you apply with one click: you fill in your profile once and reuse it for every application.
